Sports encounters Orahovica

Workshops:
Day 1: obstacle course, exercises on pilates balls, dance activities
Day 2: visit to the Duboka adrenaline park, Brain Gym exercises

Day 1
GROUP1: working out in the gym by using the obstacle polygon, thus positively affecting the development of motor skills such as speed, strength, balance and coordination. Students will do the introductory warm-up divided into teams, measure the time of passing through the polygon, compare the results and rank the teams..
GROUP2: going to the dance hall where they exercise on a pilates ball. These exercises will strengthen the abdominal muscles, improve torso muscle stability, joint stability, body flexibility, strength and aerobic condition.
Both groups complete their tasks in one school class and then the groups switch activities.
The first day of the afternoon
Dance activities:
Students will be divided into four groups. Each group, led by one teacher, will have the task of practicing the given choreography. They will practice natural ways of movement, rhythmic and dance structures in simple choreographies, and monitor and compare personal achievements. Through exercising and dancing, they will develop and increase social inclusion, self-confidence, perseverance and determination.
After one school class, each group presents the rehearsed dance in front of other participants and a jury consisting of four members (two teachers, one from Hungary and one from Croatia, and two students, one from Hungary and one from Croatia). The jury will assess each group in accordance with prearranged criteria and then announce the winner.
After the announcement, the students will have dinner and socialize.
Day 2
Departure to Duboka Adrenaline Park.
Through nature activities, students will raise environmental awareness and become more motivated for being physically active in everyday life and spending time in nature.
Upon arrival, students and teachers will do Brain Gym exercises. Brain Gym exercises will further affect the connection of emotional and mental events in the brain.
By using the elements of the adrenaline park, students will develop motor skills, strength, balance and coordination.
